Hi there, I've been watching your posts from the date I started my SCD (6 months ago) and was successful with it after 1 month. The diet is totally unknown in my country (Slovakia - Europe). But back to you your videos are good and keep doing it the same way youre doing so far.. I wish you wouldnt need to go thru all of this you mentioned, but you will get over it we can not have always good times please hold up and start with the intro again Patrik

keep staying strong...you look great even when you think that you don't. I hope all goes well with your colonoscopy. Just watch shows that make you laugh to try to atleast not think of all the bad shit going on, ya know? Or hell...play your videogames! You know you can get a new Nintendo DSi for $100 if you turn in your old Nintendo DS lite over at Gamestop??? it's cool!

If you are losing blood and tired you could be slightly anemic - ask your doc. about a blood test.
The last time I had a colonoscopy my colitis was still active so I had a enema - the last thing I needed then was a laxative!

have u ever heard of the master cleanse detox? i have digestive problems and it worked for me ask ur doctor about it or read it i dont know about ur diesease but i heard this detox helps a lot of many kinds of health issues.
