That was great, you nailed his voice perfectly and set the mood right. I have one critique though: I think you should have put more feeling and passion by accentuating the word "Rapture" when Ryan says "I chose... Rapture...". In the original monologue in the game i recall that Ryan actually says the word "Rapture" for the first time (the "I chose... RAPTURE...") with an obsessive tone, you can feel his arrogance, his own smugness, gloating in triumph at his success. (that's just my two cents)
