glad to see you keeping up the videos Ben. My "best spot" is oddly enough, my right upper thigh close to the hip.. lots of fatty tissue there ;). Yep.. once you get the hang of things, you'll be watching the tele while you inject. That is, if you can find a "sweet spot" that doesn't sting. Best to you mate.

I'm amazed at how pleasant and calm you remain during your injection. I've been giving myself Rebif injections three times a week since September of this year, and even though I'm aware of how little they hurt, I still take a while to build up the nerve to stick it in, and I cringe as I do so. Good luck with your continued treatment!

Don't worry it will soon seem like nothing at all and the stomach is certainly the easiest place to inject - I still wince when I do the arm one!
