    For the first 30 years, the people would pay the bank, then the people who live there the next 30 years pay the people who were there the first 30 years. Of course, someone handles the payments.

    I'm going to make a vidcam video commentary soon that explains several technical aspects.

    All the repairs will be done as needed, and financed if needed, just as with any house, and included in peoples payments. If necessary, payments will be raised accordingly. The video is just a simplified example. Just added some links. Take a look at the overview doc (which still doesn't have every detail).
