"quiet down I'm recording" thats funny, I do that also & end up making more noise than anyone. Brilliant birds your bluejays, I wish we had them here in England, you care very much for wildlife, cool. I rescued a robin a few weeks ago, now free but pops into our conservatory everyday for food. Youtube 'Twidders 1, 2,3,& 4 to see our vids of him. Fingers crossed he/she makes it through the first winter. Ironically its other robins who are capable of killing our youngster due to territory.

Nipsey started following me around the yard two years ago. He decided to be friends, and I brought the (unsalted raw) peanuts. Check out my other Nipsey video, A Bird in the Hand. He actually lands in my hand now to eat, several times a day. His little girlfriend comes by too, but she's still a little shy. Birds are very cool.
