1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 boiling water
85g dark chocolate (chopped)
2 eggs
1/4 cup almond meal
1 cup plain flour

COFFEE SYRUP
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup water
1 tsp instant coffee
