I totally agree with Feeyonce. You should either say 馬明暉的太太 or simply 馬太太
If I introduce a woman I would either say 馬明暉女士, 馬明暉小姐, or 馬太太 (if she is 馬明暉's wife), but I will probably not address or introduce someone as 馬明暉太太.
I think this part of video is misleading and should be corrected. And if this is a video on your web site where people pay to learn Mandarin, you definitely need to correct it!
