@DelaylikeWTF im not sure allan holdsworth would agree that legato means play slowly. smooth is the key, notes tied together (slurs) but speed has nothing to do with it. peace

he's using a sequence of hammer-on's and pull-offs up and down a scale in G. Not something to freak out over. Let me know when he plays with no hands!

His playing is pretty much standard blues cliche, but I will give him credit for this: He has more chicks listening to his stuff than any blues player I've ever seen. You won't hear girls screaming at a Robert Cray or Albert King show, that's for sure.
What's old is now new. Amazing.
