Tibet is a SOVEREIGN nation under foreign occupation.
Like South Africa, Vietnam and India, Tibet will regain her freedom.
Think about it - Chinese don't even want to live there. Even the soldiers have to be paid an extra $23,000 just to accept the assignment.
