I am playing the human game, for most of the time at least. And I think if you approach enlightenment or what ever you want to call it, from this angle, you could say that the motivation ruins the project. I think this great feeling is not about trying.

Once when I got really anxious about life I was lucky enough to give up.

By truly giving up on myself, if even for a moment, I noticed that the worry was gone and life seemed to justify itself. You are living stardust! Isn't that enough? Haha ;)
