@mynamearekid Not shooting into water is common knowledge, and there are even laws
covering it.
It's illegal to shoot at fish for this very reason.

Wow..those are rifle. I can't imagine if they were to ricohet of the water or a rock.

@MrMark1127 Althought I agree it can cause ricochet, water is not going to turn around a bullet, especially at that angle....it could however deflect off the water and continue to the other side of the lake...hitting who knows what!

Not too sure about using rifles to fish, but I am certain that if it's Carp your shooting... don't stop till they're all dead!
Carp destroy breeding grounds for Walleye, Pike, and a number of other trophy fish native to our waters, and ecosystem.
I don't care if your "neck is red", by killing as many as you can you're actually doing mother nature a favor!
