How cool is this? There are three American 737-200's in the same shot, one is waiting to depart 25R, one is landing 25R and the other is departing 25L. These -200's were picked up in the acquisition of AirCal in 1987, they didn't last too long in the AA fleet.

  • @renaeaz76 To answer your question on ground speed we must consider several different factors.What series 737, the weight of the acft, the outside air temperature,

    the wind speed and direction and elevation of the airport are just a few. It would be safe to say that the speed could range from 140 to 195 or slightly higher. The 737 is a very durable, forgiving and safe bird. Hope this answers your question Renaea.
