How to do Lotus Hands

Here's one way to learn to do lotus hands. I told my troupe to look it up on youtube and practice at home. They said the videos they found were looking at it straight on instead of from the same direction they looked at their own hands. So here it is.
Keep your wrists together. 4 hand positions: R up, L down; both hands in; L up, R down; hands back-to-back. Or, each hand describes an weight- draw one on paper if that helps. I did not throw in a pretty performance lotus hands, and I hope you have seen that. This is just a mechanics breakdown.
