It's not as simple as you'd think. If you watched the video all the way through, you can see that it isn't just a board. It's like a bench and the deck opens up to allow you to do a lot of different exercises. I tried 1 in a mall once when they were demo-ing them and was surprised at how well it worked. I knew that rubber tubing was a good form of resistance because I'd had surgery on my knees years ago & the PT used the tubing during physical therapy. Bought 1 and love it--use it all the time

@Cowboy77 thats exactly what it is... i understand the marketing trying to make money and it is of course better than doing nothing at all but for sure a huge money waste. walmart bands $15 max, old lumber to construct your own little platform can be obtained from places like lowes. they put their own wood for free or very cheap on the side of their building once a week. your looking at $20 for the exact same set up and can get the workout program offline for free with google haha
