Here is my fix for this whole problem.

No more IRS go to the fair tax system- there would be no one not paying taxes this way.

Capitol gain tax at 5% except for stock trading only not mutual funds.

no death tax at all- it's already been taxed

S.S. needs to be brought down slowly and made private.

Medicare needs to be done the same way.

If we curb waste, fraud, and abuse and prevent avoidable hospital re-admissions and take a whole host of other cost-saving steps, we can save billions of dollars, while delivering better care to the American people.

Good thing Jesus wasn't a Republican. He would have asked for proof of insurance before treating any of the sick. Not to mention what Jesus the Republican would have charged the starving for the loaves and fishes.

fact medicare has 32 billion in fraud each year and is growing.

fact no one can buy health insurance across state lines

we need tort reform

fact - this health care bill will still leave about 17 million without health care

I was in the grocery business for alomost 40 years. I got laid off 4 different times. Had to go on cobra 2 times. I cut wood mowed lawns and found part time fast food job to hold me over for 4 months.

I did not wait for my fellow patroits to bailme out and and did not have someone trying to get me free healthcare at a town hall meeting!!!!!!!!!!

I was not bussed in I live in Placer County - as was everyone around me.

But lets get to the merits not the name calling- the man who talked about his wife with ovarian cancer and his employee not letting him go - i kept thinking - but what would he do if he lost his job -where would he get insurance. 18,000 people a year die from lack of health insurance. Aren't we a Christian based nation. How can we watch this happen and only worry about ourselves!
