Myriad Alien Dalvik brings Android applications to non-Android devices, allowing OEMs, operators and application stores to leverage the Android eco-system across a much wider range of mobile devices. Android applications run unmodified and with no loss of performance on non- Android platforms.
Please note that Myriad is not addressing directly end-users and therefore is not selling Myriad Alien Dalvik to consumers. Myriad teams have ongoing discussions with various Device Manufacturers who may incorporate Myriad Alien Dalvik in their product portfolio in the future.

Now if you could just make a Dalvik VM that will run on *nix x86 architecture. It already runs on Linux 2.6 so it shouldn't be too hard to port it to OS X and create a wrapper app. Please get right on that. ;)

there surely are some problems with copy right and stuff, i dont think they can simply start selling this for end users, even though it might be working fine.

All the talk of this being available for the N9 was simply a marketing gimmick to boost N9 sales. Face it, this will never be available for the N9.
