The Record out looks nice, Blackstar has one but it's silent for recording. On my Mesa Roadster you can switch to EL-34 tubes w/o re-biasing the amp :-) Dewycat below me says you can dial in Marshall tones with this bad boy. Not doubting this but I have not heard that sounds JUST like a Marshall but a Marshall. The guitarist in our old church has a Renegade and it sounds sweet 80/18 watts I think. I like the was Egnater puts tone controls there for every channel, not a shared one.

I have been wanting the renegade 2X12, now I am going to have to try this one out! Nice sounding distortion.

I just this head yesterday. "BEST" amp I ever owned! I have owned EVERY marshall-Laneys-Peaveys-Yamaha
-etc.. This amp not only for metal(this video?) You can Dial an exact Marshall if you want, or a boogie, or This amp WILL ImPRESS you and BLOW you away!..was thinking of JVM or Knucklhead or Peavey", this amp is the KING! -
Nice demo and playing man. Definitely going to try this amp out in my local shop!

Thanks for this demo. I've been considering an Egnater since they came out with the Tourmaster. Question on this amp.....How many 12AX7's does this amp use. Also, is the effects loop driven through a 12AX7?

@TheAxe4Ever- The Vengeance uses six 12AX7's. I checked the specs and the manual states the effects loop is buffered. It does not say if it is tube buffered or not. I will contact Egnater and will post the answer I get from them.
