Tomo is discovering Tibetan food for the first time in his life. He is in a Tibetan restaurant on the left bank in Paris. The owner is from Lithang, hence the name of the restaurant. Tomo is tasting their gourmet assortment menu. Comments are in Japanese only.... no subtitles, sorry about that.

  • whats the swirly thing that looks like cinnamon role and whats that sauce hes dipping into

  • @buciorjakub It is Tibetan steamed bread called tingmo. And the sauce is freshly chopped tomatoes, Spring onions, parsley and some other fresh herbs. In this sauce, I think the chief added a little bit of mint. Very refreshing and not hot like in Indian cooking.

  • those look like polish pierogis yum :)

  • @buciorjakub and taste just as good!

  • Looks terrible ... 1:16

  • @1234lillan Maybe but looks are not everything. Tomo enjoyed! A LOT!

  • @tibman10zin Y'know I sorta agree with you...I made momo's for the first time today. Then I was like why was Po (Kung Fu Panda) a chinese dreamworks character fighting over what obviously looks like a momo? lol

  • It seems like he enjoyed the shapale the most.

  • @tibman10zin everythings made in china now adays :P
