All characters are good, you just have to know how to use them. Believe it or not there was a time when people didn't always use msp, or thrax...... Many people have proved this already, you just have to be open minded and willing to put in the time to get better with low tier characters.

Shwaffles - -That is a fair analogy. never thought of it that way, but it many cases the mid tier characters are viable, it is just that you have to work harder and be more creative to consistently get successful results. Many mid tier characters have damaging combos, it's just that sometimes their mobility is limited or their angles/options of attack are predictable (dash in crouching normal or normal jump in attack).

So if we replaced gave wolverine, magneto's moveset would it really be more variety? Why play megaman when you can play sentinel... They both have the same playstyle just one of them has a more viable moveset.

I wasn't talking about sprites, i was talking about the fact that these matches were more fun to watch because you didnt have your typical teams that had storm, cable or sentinel in them.
