Even as the world's attention is shifted to Copenhagen for talks on how to address the challenges that come with changes in climate and global warming, some of the effects are already being felt in the country. Drought in some parts of the country continues to take its toll claiming livestock as the lives of many hang in the balance.

  • ok wat the hell do those ppl do when they r in those big meetings. they should do something about this. they should get those ppl to move and plants plants and bring in tanks and tanks of water. WTF

  • Politicians are championing for money because they know they will end up controling the money. Common mwananchi will be left 'praying' for rain

  • In the 1930s the USA suffered a horrendous drought in the Midwest and it was called the dust bowl. Was that man-made too?

    Instead of using some phony scam called "climate change" to try and extract billions out of the productive nations how about these third world countries do something about their own system of governments to encourage more freedom and entrepreneurship?
