In the 1930s the USA suffered a horrendous drought in the Midwest and it was called the dust bowl. Was that man-made too?
Instead of using some phony scam called "climate change" to try and extract billions out of the productive nations how about these third world countries do something about their own system of governments to encourage more freedom and entrepreneurship?
