2010 Silverado 5.3L with Flowmaster 40 Series

Be sure to listen to this video on a good set of speakers. I watched my video for the first time on a laptop and you loose a lot.

Stock muffler replaced by Flowmaster 40 Series Original (430402) muffler. Single in/dual out with both oulets turned down just after the muffler. No other mods to exhaust or engine. Most of the sound is at idle and pulling away. On the highway in 6th gear it's only slightly louder than stock. If you're pulling a trailer and find yourself in 5th or lower it can howl a bit, but nothing that prevents you from talking normally.

@kiteLe06 I was "That Guy" until one of my neighbors just cut his exhaust off from the cat back. It sounds like an air boat.

@elefntkpr I had a buddy years back with a 4 banger ranger, exhaust cut off at the manifold. People in the wal mart parking lot would be looking in the sky when we came through...sounded like a german bomber plane.
