Dodge Caliber SXT 2.0 Kickdown Sound

Dodge Caliber going from 60 to 90ish. Shows you the sound of the CVT transmission and the 2.0 litre four. The engine produces 158hp, but the tranny really slows the car down.

That is sad... The old 3 speed totally hydraulic Neon/Omni/Horizon.. ETc. etc. Trany does the 60-90 kickdown so hard its sort of dangerous.

I always scream TORQUEFLITE! when I pass someone on the highway. They always have that "is that a neon?" look on their face.

just bought this same set up new. I love the heavy smooth feel for the highway. But crossing a busy street... not fun. Anyone do any minor mods to these? I'm reading the cold air induction adds 10 hp, and 2 mpg. sounds like a start.
