green doesn't just mean the color

If you can substitute high density Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) rigid insulation for the Dow Styrofoam, you could call your building system "green" in so far as the materials used. Your building panels would be suitable for northern climates only if you have a very good thermal break to prevent the metal framing from wicking cold through the wall.

R values are not the end all rating of performance of Insulation.

Styrafoam is not a SUSTAINABLE "GREEN" BUILDING MATERIAL, its made from petroleum, a non-sustainable and heavily polluting resource. Whats more it seeps toxic fumes over time.
ENERGY EFFICIENT (30-40% ENERGY BILL SAVINGS) R20 is the same rating as 6" of Glass fibre, thats hardly ground breaking energy efficiency, you should be looking to build with a rating of R35.

Looks great. Is there more detailed product info available besides emailing you? I don't get any hits on the first page of Google. It seems kind of strange that the manufacturer isn't more prominently displayed since this seems like a trailer for this product.
