-
such a good song. beautiful cover!
-
What notes did you use in the left hand from the beginning?
-
dude. finish it! this is the best piano cover of his work i've ever heard.
-
hahaha. friends. XD

PLEASE do a tutorial! I would love to play this song myself, it's so beautiful! The intro and the remaining parts for the right hand are easy enough, but the chords...I never took any lessons so I'm kind of a layman haha! Could you maybe atleast do a new video with the camera on top of the piano, so we could see your hands better? I could figure it out for myself from there...pretty please?
i ponder if this is when we throw stuff at your house

Nah...and when did you throw stuff at my house, besides that one time when you threw cherries at my window to wake me up?...I always find out about some new thing you destroyed in my house when I talk to you. :-/

Please please post the sheet music, it sounds amazing

If I could accurately transcribe it, I would. I'm OK at reading sheet music--writing it down myself, not so much. Maybe one day I'll actually get around to posting a video tutorial for it. No promises, though.

hey fantasic cover! your piano sounds like a dream machine compared to my out-o-tune upright. check out my seers tower cover. u may enjoy it. Has sufjan recorded this or has he just played it live? thanks again; well done!!

Hey. Your cover of the Seer's Tower is great--I usually skip over it if I'm listening to Illinois, but I like the way you did it. And I don't think he's released any recording of it (at least not that I know of). My piano teacher helped me figure this out by listening to a live recording I got off of Pitchfork Media.
