The birds feathers look so much better after only a week or so once the weather permits they can spend the day time in the aviary. Between the misting, the plants, sunshine and all the toys, the birds just love it. They enjoy all the wind chimes, the sun, and fresh air and open space.

They just glow with healthier attitudes. Everyone is tired when they come in at night. We do not leave them out overnight. I believe some of them even recognize some of the local residence that live in the neighborhood also. They sure are not scared of us any more.

We have squirrels, rabbits, deer and a countless # species of birds that enjoy our little animal friendly resort. We recycle the food to the wildlife as we change it daily. Even our rescue chicken enjoys a bit of the tropical mix when the birds turn their noses up at it.

feel passionate about your pets, and treat them well. In today's world the unconditional love a pet offers you can be very enjoyable and rewarding to worm your heart at the very least.

Hope you enjoyed the video and visit regularly for updates and more projects.

Thanks for watching.

  • VERY IMPRESSIVE!!!!

  • Thank you The Birds REALLY like to go outside.

  • it takes a speacil brand of masochist to care for one bird, much less an avian refuge. i have a small rescue for birds in my area. i only have 5 right now but ive had as many as 10!. i try not to adopt them out, i definitle dont advertize it. but every now and then, ill get one that dont get along with the flock, or ill meet a person that pass my strict guidelines and ill let one go. ive acyuall only done it a couple times. bless you, what is 301c?one survival story is macaw betty pleas go look

  • There is no adoption fee, yet one single bird may take as long as 5 months to adopt. there is a rigid schedule that has to be accomplished. Adopting a bird out because it doesn't fit in is not an option here. Everything is done to protect all birds accepted into our program. We invite you to learn more about our organization, and welcome your comments any time.

    Thanks, Catherine
