SANFORD, Fla. -- The Sanford Police Department issued an arrest warrant on Thursday for 21-year-old Justin Collison, the son of a police lieutenant, following a bar brawl on Dec. 4.

Police said three patrol officers and a patrol sergeant are being investigated internally by the department over how they handled the brawl.
