I disagree. At least Lost had a set of time travel rules that they stuck to. Other shows like Back to the Future, Butterfly Effect, Frequency, and worst of all Heroes, had soooo many holes in their explanation of time travel. Lost stuck to one simple concept: Whatever Happened, Happened. I thought they used that concept brilliantly, especially when it came to explaining The Incident.
Season 6 was bad though. I'll give you that. Except the last episode, The End. Loved it.

Lost season 1-4 where amazing, but I'm sorry but Seasons 5 & 6 where SO BAD that I didn't even bother watching it anymore, it was such a mess, and eventually, you are the one getting "lost" in their useless time traveling,

I remember being so excited to see Season 5 and also to know 3 things:
1. What happened to the people who were left behind?
2. How will the Oceanic 6 return to the island?
3. How did John Locke die?
and now...... here we are....... still not able to move on...... I miss LOST
