The science of positive psychology is far more than thinking good things, holding hands and singing Kumbayah. It's full of complicated formulas, laboratory experiments and hard data - and it has a lot to teach us about team performance, especially agile team performance from which we expect great ideas to emerge. Would you like more, better and bigger ideas to come forth from your teams? Positivity is a likely part of the answer.

  • This is a GREAT message for a team in a stressful situation - I know I thought about this, but now I have to put it in place. Thanks!
