I love Jay Manuel - he is so constructive and helpful in his criticism during the shoots. You can tell sometimes he wants to shake the model (not necessarily here) but finds a way to communicate what they need to change. If the model doesn't get it, it's cuz she didn't listen. Definitely the best artistic director, but I also like the one from Aussie NTM.
