haha - I was thrown off by that "spit" keyword too. The first version of this song I ever heard was from the Leslie Spit Treeo (I think it's 'Spit', not 'Spitt' after the Ontario town called 'Leslie Spit'). I liked it so much that I can't get into all these really slow versions from Bonnie Raitt, John Prine and Dave Matthews (nice job though Martine). This song needs to rock at high speed! (too bad the Treeo is nowhere to be found on youtube...)

There was a canadian band in the late 80's early 90s that did a great version of this . . . they were called Leslie Spitt Treeo, is this in some way related, or is the Spit keyword here a coincidence?
