  • Cool! One thing that might help with your balance issue (I have them too) on some of these jumping ones is to hold your arms out more. I hope that helps, and thank you for sharing!

  • @Anomalizm cool i will try that. i was just really tired today i can do that a lot better not tired plus i was born with a muscle disorder and that effects my balance. I will however try that and see if it helps :)

  • Very proud of you for wanting to do cleans, most men and women never want to do them but really they are the best workout to get strength all around and build muscle faster. I hate to tell you this but all of what you is is not helpin you at all. The things you are doin are actully hurting you in so many ways. I was a ranked lifter in high skool for hangcleans powercleans and bench. I have old workout vids on how to do powercleans and hangcleans. Tomorrow is clean and shoulder day so I'll make

  • @RufioTheLostBoi i had already done the work out today and on 5 hours of sleep. My form was very poor in this video but i just made it to show an example. I do them with the olympic bar which i can do a lot better than with the dumbells. I do explosive exercises for training for baseball. When I am actually doing this as a routine like i did earlier at the gym my form is correct and i will def see the results from the exercises I am doing

  • @RufioTheLostBoi this is also obviosly not a power clean or a hang clean because i am not starting from the bar on the ground and i am adding a shoulder press with a jump into it. I use the word power clean in this video because it is the closest thing i can think of to describe it. This is an exercise I have invented using your core quads, forearms, outside biceps, and shoulders adding the jump into it for power and a bit of alf work

  • @ThatPunkBrent I hope it does help you out a bit there. To be honest, I can tip over just standing in one spot, so I hear ya!

  • Well, correction, the ones where you aren't holding onto weights. :)
