@TheNuncaterindas I tried to be clear in the description that escape is the best option. However, if you can't escape, I believe this principle is your best chance, but I never said nor meant to imply that Aikido is easy to do. Martial skill takes countless hours of practice to develop. The intent behind this and all Enso Aikido videos is to inspire people to take up Aikido under the guidance of a qualified instructor.

Hey mate, I noticed alot of people giving you a hard time but I think your techniques are very good and practical and your videos are informative! Don't listen to haters they are usually just couch heros who watch the UFC and think MMA is the only effective way of fighting. I could go on about that forever but it doesn't matter. @PopadopGeneral I do know something. I've been practiting martial arts for over thirty years. Some of those with the US military. You're the one who is ignorant. By the way, MMA isn't a martial art. It is simply the idea of mixing different arts together. What I was talking about is the FAD of MMA as a brand name. Much like UFC is a brand name. Got it? Or is that too difficult a concept for you to understand? Have you ever actually practiced a martial art, or are you just a UFC chump?

Most of the people who think UFC is realistic are the very type of person you described who has absolutely NO experience with fighting or martial arts at all.
