Very good presentation. Some things might be outdated. For example, the amount of emphasis on the speed of light might be outdated, as recently particles that can travel at a speed faster than light have been discovered.

Basically if we aren't alone, which we are not. Then any alien will know what we have and what we have done before we even know we have done it. At the nearest star they would see us 9 years ahead of ourselves..
