Making Bacon In A Microwave

Place 10 paper towels flat on table folding towels in half 5 on bottom 5 top more if you don't want grease on your bacon. Ten towels is good for half a package of bacon. Place bacon flat about 2 inches apart along paper towels. Roll the paper towels and bacon into a cylinder shape. Place the rolled up bacon in microwave on paper plate. Run a minute let set a few minutes to allow the bacon grease on the paper towels to cook bacon in between runs. Run a few more minutes depending on your microwave power. It should take about 3 minutes of cook time on 1000 watt oven. Check the out side bacon strip when it look good the rest inside the wrap should look the same.
