if you listen to all Conor's stuff.. it seems like every other album he has 'found' some sort of inner peace .. and right when you think he has, the next album doubts everything he thought before .. I wouldnt say doubt, but if you have listened to most of Conor's work, you'll understand ... I'm so impressed with his last Bright Eyes album, he ended on a fantastic note, and gave all Bright Eyes fan and uplifting album with high hopes

@mfatts389, I agree with you. If anything, Conor's music has improved. Of course that's not to say that Lifted wasn't an amazing record, because it was. But I really love what he has done with the mystic valley band and monsters of folk. I am interested to hear how his final bright eyes record will sound.

I love this album. There are too many negative comments surrounding it though, for people who cannot accept change as inevitable thing especially in Conor's music. Sure you might not relate to it as much personally as Fevers or Lifted.. but change is a good thing. I think he did better than alright with it.

honestly, i feel like this song just wants to be a full band version of The Big Picture from Lifted. idk, it just never really comes through for me. meh.
