He doesn't have to answer the Cuban question. He can stand on the law. Cubans who make it to the US are given automatic legal resident alien status. They are political refugees. Mexicans are economic refugees, and the US doesn't accept economic refugees.

Marco Rubio 2010. I don't care if he is Cuban or Russian, the trait I'm looking for is Conservative, and he is that. I can't understand how people who say he hasn't accomplished anything, think that the Speaker of the House can change laws by themselves. Crist has accomplished alot while Gov, unfortunately it was all wrong. GO RUBIO.
