Will the Lansky deluxe sharpening system keep the WSK battlefield sharp? I noticed the use of the sharpening rod. Do i need to buy a sharpening rod? Or would a bit of elbow grease.patience and the lansky kit do the same job?
I dont have a WSK yet but i am thinkng about buying one. The issue for me is retaining its edge over prolonged periods of use without tampering, or sharpening. Also how is the point edge? Can it be used for gutting game?(eg;Rabbit?) And whats the cost?
