Wrong title for this video. Recomended title "Old tv problem". Mistake of producer to install Euroscart or Composite connector at this HD receiver. Please go to by a real TV. This is for donation at the museum.

it`s your tv .. if you have colors nothing todo about stiings pal /ntsc , the vertical sync from your tv must be set to 15625 lines ( or turn on the vertic pol pot meter in your tv bex ;)

enable NTSC, PAL is used here in Europe and in other places.

I quote. Dreambox are product in Europe where we use PAL system. If you live in US, Japan or other nation that use NTSC, then configure video out as NTSC instead.
