COMMERCIAL: Eco School Dinner

In the city of Malmö in Sweden, schools are working to promote organic food. The result is an ecological circle. School children eat organic food which in turn helps farmers develop organic farming as a viable process for the larger community. On a bigger scale, the process of local organic farming generates less CO2 emissions at the production level as well as by reducing the quantity of food transported by air.
