Zirconia 2: Battle (freeware game) - Last Boss

Zirconia 2 Battle: A vertical scrolling shooter game where you play side by side against a computer controlled opponent.
The left half of the screen is your player and the right half is the opponent's side.

Each player has 3 cards they can use (hard to see due to youtube compression). These cards can attack enemies on your side of the screen (mostly zombies) or can perform an attack on your opponent. After using a card, it is replaced by the next card in that player's deck.

This video shows the final stage of the game. I lose in the end, but this was on hard mode.

I'm playing as the SUV on the left hand side.

Play notes:

0:08: I throw down some TNT.

0:16: Ultimate Bomb is used, followed by Saute to roast some zombies.

0:22: My opponent shoots out a HUGE lazer beam and wipes out all of his enemies.

0:27: I use a Deadly Axe on my opponent, but it gets stuck in a tree. Thankfully it chops the tree down and continues along to score a hit :)

0:35: I send a Wobbling Fan at my opponent's side, but it misses :(

0:37: The opponent Mystifies my screen, preventing me from seeing my cards, score and health total.

0:40: Opponent uses a BFG (!) to blast most of his enemies.

0:45: I activate Fire Zone, which creates flaming walls that surround you and burn enemies.

1:00: A Deadly Axe is sent to my side, and I get nailed by it :(

1:04: I activate Fire Zone again, but opponent sends an Ice Orbix over. I try to slip by it on the left, but I get hit by an ice shard and it freezes me.

1:08: I get Zircon Zap'd and that finishes me off. Game Over :(
