@labobo Thats exactly what I was thinking. Not only not do its job (it would be easy to reposition) but fall on a component and possible short something out.

@MtnXfreeride huh, then it just looks bad i guess
-
@sale2009 it is a 3 pin connector u should have several on your motherboard
-
@danorambo the side of his case is vented 2:31 and his other fans will suck out the heat anyways he is just adding a nice quiet more effecient cooling and not to mention it looks nice and these fans are not expensive and they have and 8 inch lead and u can put it any where in your case unlike any other fan mod

@danorambo the side of his case is vented it will be fine

@572dwayne i decided i was gonna get one so i ordered one today id say it will make huge difference in temp mine only runs at 29C with 500gb hard drive 4 gb ram which im wanting to up grade to some ripjaws and i have intel 3.2ghz duel core processor with nvidia geforce 9500GT 1gb graphics card
I find it odd that you go for an additional fan for your northbridge yet stick with a stock intel cooling solution for your cpu... very odd.

damn that mount system sucks, what if you move the computer, lan party, fan may get out of position and not do its job
