Cease and Desist order to Troy Riser and Yahweh

Dear Troy Riser and the YouTube group known as Yahweh and all associates of said individuals engaged in cyberstalking activities herein referred to as "The Yahweh Clan"
This CEASE AND DESIST ORDER is to inform you that your and the Yahweh Clan harassing and intimidating actions against my subscribers and I has become unbearable. Such anti-social behavior is completely unacceptable and will not be tolerated in any way, shape or form. This letter is to demand that Troy Riser and the Yahweh Clan continuing involvement in, planning and encouragement of, information gathering, harassment and intimidation and cyberstalking must CEASE AND DESIST immediately. Should you and the Yahweh Clan continue to pursue these activities in violation of this CEASE AND DESIST ORDER, I will not hesitate to pursue further legal action against you and the Yahweh Clan, including, but not limited to, civil action and/or criminal complaints.
I have a right to remain free from harassment, cyberstalking, intimidating, manipulative and abusive tactics, libelous and slanderous claims and defamation of character and I will take the responsibility upon myself to protect that right. Note that a copy of this video will be stored. Note too that it is admissible as evidence in a court of law and will be used as such if need be in the future.
This CEASE AND DESIST ORDER demands that you immediately discontinue and do not at any point in the future under any circumstances do the following to me: speak to, contact, pursue, harass, attack, strike, threaten, telephone (via cellular or landline), instant message, page, fax, email, follow, stalk, shadow, disturb my peace, keep me under surveillance, gather information about and/or block my movements, continue to terrorize with the intent to cause me distress, make videos disclosing personal information or connecting me in any way with illegal activity in an attempt to defame my character.
Note that your behavior is in violation of YouTube community guidelines in that:
There is zero tolerance for predatory behavior, stalking, threats, harassment, invading privacy, or the revealing of other members' personal information. Anyone caught doing these things may be permanently banned from YouTube.
