Maybe a stupid question, but how do you blog with this without having someone else film for you? With a regular camcorder, you can mount it on a tripod and then reverse the screen so you can ensure you are centered in the frame...

@mikebius Flips can be mounted on tripods, but most people just hold it at arm's length. It's great if you have a friend to be a camera operator, though. :)

When I made this video, the Zi8 didn't exist. The Zi8 looks like a great camera, though my latest is actually the newest Flip HD. I've also been shooting great HD video on my Canon PowerShot.

High quality is a user-controlled setting, but the new Flip Mino HD records in high definition.
