Happy Valentines Day! I just put up this new progress video because well it was time. Fell free to make any comments. Thanks to everyone who has commented and offered constructive criticism.

  • It really depends on the canned fish but and how often. Is there any reason it can only be fish? Normal dieting is fine for the canned meats read labels and use appropriately consider sodium and what not as well if you have reason to avoid it. I use canned chicken for meals at work. I also eat a lot of canned tuna and salmon. Fresh as well it is a mix for me. Sometimes it is all about the taste and other times it is just about getting in my nutrients conveniently. Hope that helps

    It looks like you're getting a workout just by posing? Is that right? Do you get some kind of workout just by tensing the muscles?

  • Absolutely flexing through a range of motion is a lot of work and depending on how hard you are flexing it is very hard work. I dropped buckets of sweat practicing. I even made an exercise out of it for a while just constantly flexing throw every angle and range I could think of for 3 minute rest 30 second and repeat for several rounds.

  • When is the contest? Your looking great but will need to diet down obviously. That tat on your lower ab distracts and sort of makes you look pudgy in that area. Assume the tanning lotion will cover that up. bTW - looks like you have calves....thank you for NOT forgetting about your wheels! Very hot! Congrats.

  • It is 9 weeks out this Saturday. I am or maybe, was holding some extra weight there, it is coming off. Some of it is skin that is still shrinking up from me being bigger. You will see improvements on my next video. I am definitely leaning up more. Thanks for the comments!

  • Hi I actually enjoyed your video!! Non arrogant and sincere. I can tell you are working hard just from the effort you put into the posing. You have very nice arms. I would suggest you hold your poses just a second or 2 longer so the audience can see the muscularity appreciate the poses. What contest are you getting ready for? Good Luck!

  • Just another question you can help me out with.

    Is it ok to eat canned fish such as tuna and salmon? I don't like dealing with fresh fish because of the fuss of cleaning it and ultimately cooking it, not to mention the smell that tends to hang around for days on end. I know everyone say how fresh is better for you; but for bodybuilding, can I get away with eating canned fish for most of my protein intake at meal times?
