I really have no idea what you said.
I am currently building a magnetic engine and I am thinking of using the Lorentz law to mirror a magnetic axle, or permanently fixed magnets and gryroscopic force to station.

You may know in three dimentional real world only 2 dimentional passive magnetic levitation is possible (unless usage of super conductives). You should control the movement in 3'rd axis in the manner of active control. The circuit does this. You may work on PID control on levitation.
