actually if you have any forced induction or superchargers put on by a non ford, shelby, or saleen licensed technician you are at risk for voiding your warranty, you should always check with your dealer about which installer and which parts are okay with them
it is against the law for a dealership to void your warranty because of aftermarket parts on your car unless they can prove they are the reason your car is messed up

It will not void your warranty

A buddy of mine was saying a cat back dual exhaust won't void your warranty, and I was told FRPP parts won't void your warranty.

so did you get a ford dealership put it on and if so how much did they do it for?

I did mine with only 2000 miles on it.
I was told it would not affect your warranty.
Mine is a 2005 which I bought new in August of 05, and I am about to turn 12,000 miles.
