Focus Statement: How students feel about transit safety.

1st Year Animation Student at Sheridan College.

When developing this story I chose to interview Katherine MacKay. Katherine is 18 years old and a first year Animation student at Sheridan College. She was raised in Toronto but currently is living at Sheridan Residence. She does frequently return home every weekend where her family, friends and boyfriend reside. I chose Katherine as my interviewee because she takes not only the Go Train but also the TTC every week. She has used public transportation long enough to have had both safe and unsafe experiences.
