  • @PrettyGurl571 Yes we do tours throughout the year. That sounds like a great plan. Look forward to seeing you in Bahia!

Even if you aren't planning on coming down here anytime soon, you could still put together a tour group and even make a little commission. Let me know if you are interested.

  • @dgvelez83 - I took a "My Soulful Journey"tour in 2003 with Eastbay Church of Religious Science in 2003 and we spent two weeks in Bahia and took a day trip to Cachoeira. I absolutely LOVED that Xango temple headed by Mae Stella but just can't remember the name off the bat. I am an identical twin and my sister and I were fortunate to visit the temple on Xango's day. Do you do trips during only Carnaval time because I would really prefer to visit for New Year's Eve 2011? Ajuba!!!

  • @dgvelez83 -Tour of Cachoeira.

    -Airport pick-up/drop-off.

    -Ride to Praia do Forte.

    - Salvador Bahia Tour Bus see entire city

  • @PrettyGurl571 List of what we offer during the tour:

-Apartment with breakfast & maid service.

-City tours, with VAN & bilingual guide.

  • @PrettyGurl571 Most of the Candomble houses do not hold ceremonies through Carnaval and a few other places are closed but everything major is still open!

  • I visited Salvador Bahia,Brazil in 2003 for a spiritual journey and was there for two weeks. I really enjoyed it.I went with April Lytle who is now living in Bahia with her Dad James Lytle. The only thing that I heard is that everything is shut down in Bahia for Carnaval and I have to get myself some more Orixa earrings and jewelry. I bought so many pairs and ain't got but one pair left. What a shame!!!
