エンコード以外はアドビ漬けですよ。今回はAfter Effectsの体験版を使ってます。

星空はAEで生成したフレームを4枚くらい回転させて撮ってから­Premiere Elementsで字幕を合成してます。

体験版でもちょっとした素材なら作れるっぽいですね。ただレンダ­リングに恐ろしく時間がかかるのが難点。
