@EliteGhost001 you keep saying it's a console game WITH NO PROOF. all this advancement was to show that it is the best engine around (and still is). look at crysis 1 water you keep judging crysis 2 but not 1. it won't stand a chance against crysis 2. it has better lighting improved physics better and higher poly models better reflections and shadows. all crysis 1 has are more beautiful maps. if you put those in crysis 2 with hd textures it will look like crysis 1 with a graphics mod.

All that advancement hasn't been applied properly doing more damage then good. that's the end of it!
have a look at real ater for example. Yes it rimples but nothing like in Crysis 2. The trees in crysis 1 might be 2D but they still look better. Its all got to do with the fact that Crysis 2 was started out as a console game.

@EliteGhost001 whats better about the crysis 2 water is that its using little shaders and its 3d really i use the sdk and i made a few maps there is no way crysis 1 is this advanced its like dx11 vs dx9 any game can make good looking jungles like in crysis 1 its freaking easy to do. and i don't see what looks so good about that map... everything looks to shiny like plastic i just like crysis 1's gun sounds and gameplay more but maybe a mixture of both gameplay would be better.

There, that's ya jungle maps for crysis 1. Now the water quality differs a bit in Crysis 1. The Crysis 2 water looks more jelly. Don't know whats actualy better about it.

Sigh, I'm not talking about graphicly advanced here. I'm talking about what looks better. High-res textures look better for a fact and your eyes know it. If crysis 1 is nothing compared to crysis 2 then either you are playing both on console or theres something wrong with your eyes.
-
@EliteGhost001 texture DO NOT determine if a game is graphically advanced its common sense even old games are capable of textures this high res. and crysis 2 has better graphics than crysis 1 put them on the same map and you will see. i play crysis 1 on full settings all the time i play it. its nothing compared to crysis 2. i'm replying to the "looked better" part btw and there is no way C1 looks better

The lineair gameplay of Crysis 2 combined with the urban area´s result in much less stress for the computer then an open world jungle map with swaying trees and bushes. It's the only way consoles could run it. Yes they made Crysis 1 for the consoles using cryengine 3 but it looked nothing like the PC version.
I get the feeling you never played Crysis 1 on full settings.
Now quit your bitching.

I failed to answer? You seem to read straight passed the answer every time. Textures don't determine if a game is graphicly advanced? Well it sure as hell takes a lot of power to put them on screen.
The fact that Crysis 2 needed a high-res upgrade to make PC gamers happy again is proof that Crysis 2 didnt look as good. Even with the high res textures, Crysis 2 is much more urban compared to the jungle based Crysis 1 which puts more stress on GPU´s. And you say I know nothing?

@EliteGhost001 "you simply fail" i said "are you blind" how do i fail? i asked a fucking question and YOU failed to answer, and for the record texture quality don't determine if a game is graphically advanced or not. also crysis 1 does not have higher res textures than crysis 2 with hd textures. you clearly don't have the game, you just watch videos and comment shit you know nothing about...
-
You simply fail. They've compared the textures from Crysis 1 and 2. The ones from Crysis 1 had higher resolution. Crysis 2 is dumbed down for consoles. Even with its DX11 and high-res texture pack (which also mess up the game), Crysis 1 beats it.
Their was a pactient in dat ambulance!! D:

What's the exact music used? I can hear Mirror's edge's puzzle theme but is it a remix?
sunmock 3 months ago
@sunmock The first one is Ishoo Ni by Linkin Park, and the second is "Shard" by Solar Fields. The last one is a Soundtrack from Mirror's Edge, the original Soundtrack. I bought that Track on iTunes, it's basically a combination of all the tracks played in the last Level of the game.
